I was given a referral for physical therapy and so I called to schedule an appointment with them and had to leave a message for them to call me back. They called me at an inconvenient time and asked if they could call me at a more convenient time and asked when that would be and I told them it would be after 4:00 p.m. I have yet to receive another call from them at a convenient time after 4:00 p.m.. ... I'm beginning to believe all of the other reviews of this place as it being no good and I think I'm going to have to get a hold of my doctor for a different referral to a different physical therapist. This company has already shown me they are incompetent

Munson seems to hire really well. I've been impressed by 99% of the staff I've interacted with over 35 years, and Foster is the same. Once you figure out their systems it's very efficiently operated.

Highly recommend Susan Cogswell PA for prrimary care! She is my primary provider, and is amazing! Very prompt with requests, listens to my issues and concerns and is very knowledgeable!

Outstanding medical care at this location. From routine lab work to MRIs Foster Family Medical Center is world class. I have also used the Munson Urgent Care at this location and have received exceptionally outstanding care to include a doctor once arranging ambulance transport to the Munson ER. No matter the reason for my coming here I am always treated respectfully and attended to in a timely manner by a world class medical team.

This place does not call a person back to work out an appointment that works for the patient. They do what I call, "Their Choice Appointments !" What works best for them, not the patient. What's wrong with these Medical places anymore!? You have taken ways that used to be so simple and made them so much more difficult. You need to be in touch, by phone, when working out an appointment for a patient that works with Day of the Week and Time of Day, not what "YOU," choose! Don't get mad at patients who don't show up because of your choice of an appointment! In our case, I am this patients driver, and I have a life as well!!!!!!! "YOU WORK WITH MY SCHEDULE, I DON'T WORK WITH YOURS!!!!!!!!" Let's get real, shall we!?
